Default upper control arm issue

i have 95 accord 2.2L and i was wondering how easy it is to replace the bushings on the upper control arms, specifically on the front. The reason why i say this is b/c when i was replacing my outer tire rod ends, i got a great look at them and the oem ones are trashed. i was thinking of puting on the whole control arm if it is easier instead of changing out the bushing. also, are there any special tools to do or how do i do it thanx

The factory ones do press out, but you want to use a press for that. If you dont have a press then use a darn good brace and dont bend it. If you do bend it then you are going to shell out about 10 bucks to a local junk yard for anther one.
I upgraded my uppper control arms from a stock 91 EX to a 95 EX and well I went back really fast. After the first mile with them on, I see why they are from 90 to 91 mostly and sometimes 90 to 93.
