Whats the difference between PR3 & PW0??
well- to start off- the PR3 ECU was in the JDM EF8 CR-X SiR and the EF9 Civic SiR. Only came in manual trans. The PW0 ECU was out of the JDM DA6/8 Integra XSi/RSi. It came in auto or manual trans. The PR3 has a revlimiter/fuel cut off at 8200rpms, and I believe that the MT PW0 is the same. The AT PW0's revlimiter is early... between 7400 and 7800 rpms. Both have a speed governor at 112mph. Is that the info that you were looking for?

thats exactly whats I am looking for, I have 2 PW0s and one PR3, when I opened the 2 PW0s, it said "MT" on the smaller circuit board, but when I opened the PR3, it said something different like "AT" on the smaller board, for sure not the same as the other two, PW0 seems to idle better then the PR3, this is why I am asking, thx.
my b16 pullout has a 1 million (integra) code, with an S1 trans, and a PR3 ecu.... i think both the crx and the integra got the same ecu as i have seen 5 million (crx SIR) pullouts with y1 trans and pr3 ecu. i don't have any idea where pwo's come from. oh well. where in st charles are you?

there are both MAN. and AUTO of both ECU's. but to strainten it out:
PR3 = XSi Integra
PWO = SiR CRX
PR3 = XSi Integra
PWO = SiR CRX
Everything's pretty much been said- one thing though, if you're considering getting some reprogramming done, the pr3 has more programs available I believe, though there are some for the pw0 as well. I've read the auto can only be reprogrammed to 5 speed specs on Locashs site. Other than that looks like yer good to go.
