pm them on facebook or pm them through here they are normally pretty good with there contact

 

They are probably busy getting ready for spring nationals in NJ. Try them again if not email them. I'm sure they will get back with you fast. Good guys there at AVID

 

Try Franklin. He is a user on here. He runs Avid. I bought some Traction Bars from him last year. Never got all the pieces, but he should be the one to talk to. He is very busy, I do know that.

Hey bud, we're closed Friday and Monday due to Canadian holidays. Just send an email to avi@avidracing.com along with a picture of your problem, also your full name, address and telephone number. You can also go on our web and fill out the contact forum as well. We'll have it taken care of tomorrow if you get the email too us. We do the photo deal because it's less down time for people to get parts. This way you don't have to send the mount back to us for inspection and repair. Hope this helps, thanks.
