yea it bolts right up? seriously dude cant beleive you said that..its been coverd so many times..IMO its a stupid choice but its not my car..if you wanna "ek" front then why dont you sell your car and buy an ej8 or em1? other chassis codes for that year aswell..and um why dont you search? it will save you the stupidity..google is your friend...

Yes, the front end will fit. You will need- Everything, including the core support and the old EG fenders.

They will need to be half cut. EK front, EG back.

It's not worth it, it looks terrible and will require A LOT of work.

if the eg is str8 body wise and motor wise i will trade u an auto ek coup. than u can have an ek front still

 

hey if he wants an ek front on his eg, he wants the ek front. he's an adult...........i assume he can make his own decisions.......... you'll need to rip off your old radiator support and weld on an ek radiator support. make sure you get the proper year radiator support for the proper ek front you want. 96-98 or 99-00.

Actaully, he can use any 96-00 core support.

The difference with 96-98 and 99-00 is so slim 5 minutes with a dremil will take care of it.

The bumper mounts on 96-98 need to be trimmed slightly for the 99-00 bumper to fit properly.

And that hatch looks terrible.

it's simple, you need

to cut the stock fenders from the eg in half, use the door side of the fender to the door, for the correct line. Then weld the EK fender on the front half of that. Bolt on ek hood for fender placement and fit, and the ek radiator support.

so some welding, some bond, and some time....

 

What do you expect from a freaking internet forum and Honda-tech.
