Default b20b swap in 95 hatch, compression and leakage doesn't make sence

When I do a compression test I get 150 across the board, if I drop oil in the spark plug hole I get 200+, leakage is 50% across the board with air coming out of the throttle body. I already replaced the valve seals, I'm thinking it's the piston rings because of the compression test results, but I wanted to be 100% before I drop the cash on em. And before you say anything, YES IT'S AT TDC, I QUADRUPLE CHECKED!
