You may want to check and make sure you haven't got any vacuum and coolant lines mixed up with one another. Also check for the presence of exhaust gas in the coolant and do a compression test.

i got one a while back i think you just need to let it all burn out when they store the engine they run this greese **** through it so that when it sit in a warehouse or were ever, it's internally protected, when i started mine it smoked down the block but i let it idle for about 20 min after about 15 min it stopped smoking

Ok so I leave work this morning and I'm driving no smoke I get to a hill tons of smoke back to flat ground no smoke hill again smoke so it only smokes when motor is on an incline do maybe that will help someone to figure out Wat the **** is wrong with this motor
No. The compression test will do that.
all d15/d16's have the same bored at 75 mm the difference in displacement is the stroke. b series are the same way they all have 81mm bore with just longer stroke. ( b20's are a exception with a 84mm bore).
Any sohc vtec head gasket. just as long as the motor was never bored.

ok now after compression test we checked the map sensor and the o ring was missing after replacing then we changed the purge solinoid on the i/m cause it was broken changed those and reset the ecu the idle sits at 2000 rpm and the idle adjustment screw was turned down as well as the iacv cleaned as fat as the fast idle valve its bypassed so no cleaning of that needed cant fix the idle AND NO I HAVE NO VACUME LEAKS also wat valve seals for the jdm d15b and can i install them without removing the head
the tilt of the engine probably doesnt have anything to do with it. If I had to guess it's when there is a load on the motor...You could be running very rich...
