I was just wondering what injectors are ideal for this setup? and what psi should i set my FPR to?

Fuel pressure should be set to what the injector manufacturer specifies for that injector.

 

hmmm that makes a lot of sense. I was told by one person to go 310cc and another to go 440cc. I'm not sure which one to use.

 

440 cc would leave more room for growth. You will have a means to tune correct?

 

310's will work. I always shoot for a larger injector just in case. I would talk to a tuner that you plan on using in the future.

 

310s @ 50psi. you have nothing else in that motor that requires much bigger..

better cams, exhaust and header probably would require a move up but as it sits.. 310's will be fine.

 

i would like to have a bit more room to grow. perhaps i might get cams a little later on and ungrade my valve train etc. I will definately get a tune for this build. I will be running a phearable basemap just to get it to the tuner. This is totally off topic but I was wondering if its safe to run a phearable basemap during break in

 

just break it in on the dyno and call it a day

 

You're going to get differeng points on this as well. I refuse to start a car up with fresh rings/cylinders or any aftermarket additions that affect fueling/airflow/compression without a wideband and means to tune.
I would check with the manufacturer of what ever injectors you decide to go with for the recommended pressure to run them at. Running outside of this recommended range can affect the designed spray pattern of that particular style injector. This can affect fuel atomization. Increasing fuel pressure is never the correct means to compensate for requiring more fuel, although it is an accepted method. Increasing injector pulse through tuning is the proper way.
