What product would be best to use to Repair my Plastic bumper ? it has a few cracks and deep scratches and a hole

 

It seems odd but on every ABS plastic and urethane application I use JB weld quick. I've used it for years now and never had any problems. I just recently repainted a yamaha r6 and repaired about 20 cracks in the fairings...it's been going strong 6 months now and now a single crack has come lose...it's easy to sand...and you don't end up with too many pinhole air bubbles.
