Who Makes A Solid Rear Strut Tower Bar (DC/DB)
Hey HT'ers...
Which company (other than PWJDM & DC) make a SOLID rear strut tower bar??? (ie. . .w/out no pivot points)
What other bars are out there that I'm missing?
Thanks Much!

SHOCK tower bars people! Shocks! Our cars do not have struts, at least not in the rear, and only 01+ Hondas have front struts.

Actually the bar itself for a sedan so I really have no need for it suspension-wise as a DB has no need for a rear shock tower.
I'd like something to help brace a subwoofer box, the damn thing keeps hitting my golf clubs.
I'd secure the sub screws but I need something that can easily be taken out. In my DC2 the strut tower/bungie cord concept worked excellent for me.
Although they "both don't do ****," I'd prefer a solid rear bar over something with pivots. Just a personal preference I suppose.
Cheers, and thanks for lookin' out guys. I've done enough reading to know that a rear shock tower bar isn't going to do much for me if I'm looking for a suspension component.

I know you said you don't want them mounted. But when I did my install I made a false floor type thing and mounted the box to it. Takes 15-20 minutes to pull them. That's start to finish. Even threw a piano hinge on it so I can get my spare out if need be.
They don't move at all.
Good luck.

Carpet to carpet has plenty of friction to keep a box in place.
