PICTURE OF MY DISTRIBUTOR without Cap/Rotor.

Is that suppose to be normal?
Thing looks rusted and it looks like it some dust from it went around the disty.

Replacable part?

Should I replace the entire ignition coil than?
This could be the reason why my car didnt pass emissions

That spring is the secondary winding of the coil itself, only "technically" replaceable if the coil is replaced. That corrosion is not OK or uncommon, and should be cleaned.
FYI, I replaced that spring once by modifying a quick release spring from a bicycle wheel skewer.

All you need to clean is the end that makes contact with the inside of your dizzy cap. Not the entire winding, just the end should do. How is the condition of your dizzy car and rotor? If the secondary winding is corroded to that extent perhaps your cap and rotor are in need of replacing.

The disty looks good. The rotor (replaced 8k miles ago) is questionable. The cap looks good except for where it made contact with the spring.

Luckily, I have a spare new cap and I could go down to autozone and get a new rotor
About the spring, I ended up taking it out. Than I lost it...
Luckily, I have a spare spring from my Mx3 that looks really new. Fits right in

You should be using OEM parts.

I just changed my cap/rotor and the spring looked noithing like yours.

Wether it's normal or not, I don't know.

when the bushing inside of your distriubutor starts to wear out it creates a redish dust. if thats the case thow, it would be inside of your distributor cap aswell. maybe the bushing is just starting to go back. Any weird sounds coming from it yet?

Clean the wire ground connections inside the dizzy also if it isn't starting.
