Default f*d up driveshaft from shipping (what to do?)

so what should i do from this point? my motor came in today and the driveshaft was sticking out which obviously is bound to be bangin on things or whatever. well here's how it looks like. the prev owner said he couldn't take it off so it was hacked (which all i need is the front section of the ds anyways). but now its all f*d up and the allen screw holes are ALL stripped out (hence: reason it was hacked in the first place)

i need that front section, but now i dont think its worth using

should i just hack off them bolts?

what would a shop do?

how much would it cost trying to save it?

options?

use a grinder and grind off all the bolts. Once the shaft is removed all the pressure will be relieved and you'll be able to unscrew them by hand

You need to cut the bolt off with a cutting wheel and also if you just need one end of the DS to do a swap into another car you could use either end of it, it doesn't really matter they will both work just fine, so ask the guy you got it from to send you the other end but if you need a driveshaft I could sell you one for a good price, jut email me at kabauutos@hotmail.com

I'm sorry Dagle. I had to tell you some how and I figured Honda-Tech would be the best place.
