i have a 96 civic with a d16y5 and the rpms are surging when driving it to 2 to 3k http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2DKqaKpjs4 just like in this video im thinking its iacv mabe egr or just a vaccum leak but im not sure if anyone had this problem plz help me out

 

Check intake mani gasket, spray some TB cleaner on the intake mani gasket area. If you hear the idle change most likely bad gasket.
