i had this issue, it gets blocked out of the next gear at wot 8k ish .. but goes in smooth at mid throttle? i replaced all the synchros .. what else could it be please help...

You could have worn synchro springs or worn engagement teeth on the sleeves. The spring applies pressure to the synchro as the sleeve passes over it so if the teeth or springs are worn, the synchro will not be getting the full braking effect on the gear. If you are running stock brass synchros, you may also want to consider upgrading to carbon synchros.
