Not really, I mean i could probably get away with stock injectors and a fuel regulater. Thats why i wanna see acouple ppl's opinion til i finish off the order, got some of it already here.

68mm is too big, and 440s are too big, and you will be lucky to hit 170whp with this setup, 200whp with a true 1600cc engine would cost thousands to build without boost or juice!

You'll need bigger cams, a better header, and higher compression as well as more bore for that goal. You're talking about a 55-65whp difference over stock.

even with a sleeved 86mm block your still at 1789cc, staying with your bore without spending a bunch of money, change those pistons to pcts thatll get you to about 11:1, with that compression Id run some pro 1s, and id say a 62mm to 64mm tb will suffice, that header can produce good power, but a smsp would be better but costly! For the money a toda copy from spoolin performance would work well! 310s from rc would be more than enough for your setup, you dont need a regulator or rail! Then youd be around a solid 170whp

Gotta love Bench Racing....

I love how people come on here and say they're going to build something of X HP, and have no clue what it takes to get there...

Go back and research. No, asking questions on a thread doesn't count as "research."

youve never asked questions ? let the man do as he pleases. plenty of people jumped in with there opinions.

id try and add more compression, maybe a aft piston that will bring the compression to 12:5:1. with all motor its all about compression.

good luck, a well built b16 can be hell of a lot of fun.

stratton.
