94 prelude built h22 ran fine befor the winter i took the turbo mani to get coated and a few other things....

turbo is a 62-1
anyways the car has spark and has fuel and turns over just fine just wont start base psi is at 50 with key on but im getting stumped here
i might just try a new dizzy tho. thanks for any help ahead of time
4-19 i checked fuel psi agin and it was at 80 carnking and drops down to 70-75
