Radiator Fan
94 Accord radiator fan seems to be taking too long to kick on. Both the rad fan and condensor fan kick on when the a/c is on, so that eliminates fan motors. Coolant is full and has been bled with the Honda procedure. Possilbe coolant fan switch in the thermostat housing? Any way to check this?
When they do come on while driving, BOTH come on correct?
Got an old pan, thermo and a volt meter? Follow the procedure for testing the switch. Memory....switch closes at 194 to 205.

Pretty sure...I'll be honest I don't really trust the temp guage as I have never seen it move past half even when I know the thermostat has opened and the fan haven't kicked on. That would be the easiest way to test it.
First, the gauge staying at around 3:30-4:00 o'clock position is normal. Second, after driving for a bit, when you are sitting at a light-do you hear, maybe feel, the fans come on?
Then, where the lower hose connects to the t-stat, there is a green connector on a switch - this is the one that commands the fans to come on while the car is running. First, pull that connector and insert a paper clip into the connector, turn the car on- do the fans come on?
Then to test the switch, this is where a thermo, a way of heating the switch and a volt meter are required.
