ive put a new trans in in my 98 LS yester day and the car cranks with a slight grind now.and i can shif it in all gears but the axels arent turning it feels like its barly engaging ? and when i put it in park its this awful loud *** grinding that wont stop till i cut the car off. can anybody give me a lead on why it is doin this ive but trans in b series befor but this is the first time this has happened.

 

Are the axles in all the way? They'll grind like that if they're aren't.

 

Im sure they are but i can put it in any gear no grind. But park its jus scary
