Brent Rau at Osofast racing runs an Eclipse on achohol. Its a new car and he has only raced it a few times but it runs 7.94 on the achohol. It runs so cool he runs whithout an intercooler. You need to change alot of stuff to run it though. It takes twice as much achohol as gas just to get the same performance, so you need to get a TON of fuel in the motor to make power.

Its takes alot of work to get it done but after that you are prety much set...

Your going to need double the fuel foreverything. if its full race setup probably a set of 1600cc injectors and good weldon fuel pump should be sufficient with weldond regulator.

On my methanohol setup i originally had an aem fuel rail drilled out to fit the bosch injectors which are 1600cc (thnx viren im still getting a set of 96 lbs soon) but im ditching the aem all together and running dual jg fuel rails the actuall rail is a little larger inside than the common str-aem fuel rails if your gonna run alcohol you gotta have a urethane fuel cell all anodized fittings and stainless lines no rubber hoses guys itll get eaten away quicker than you think . And always flush your system out with gas after running the alckie so you wont get any buildup in your lines and system . Just some info i learned from others that helped me out on my car . Now there might be more than Ive posted as my car hasnt ran yet but soon Tony1 and kenny atjotech (with a little help from Bob) are gonna help make my project livvvveeee . Good luck on your project (wish me some luck too hopefully this nov dec the car will see some shake down runs)-Pdang
