Oil in intake/air box
So im getting oil in my air box and i have talked to my automitve teacher from school explaining the situation he believes it to be because the hose connecting to the valve cover to the intake is leaking oil to the air box he told me to replace the PVC valve believing it was located at the end of the hose connecting to the intake(metal piece) but as it turns out(research) the PVC valve is located on the intake manifold and a hose is leading from the PCV valve to the intake mainfold so that wouldnt explain the oil in the intake or I believe so?.... So I took the hose connecting to intake/airbox off and it seems there is a metal piece that helps connect the hose to the intake and it was greased in oil?... so now im completely lost as to how to stop the oil from leaking in my intake because I dont know what that piece is called if it needs replacing?...
any help
any help
Higher rpm's it smokes white
i was just thinking maybe i can block off the hole intake and just run the valve cover hole freely?...
I'm also planning on changne the pc valve
