timing belt!
I set mine to max and if its the first time to take it off for you it might not be enough.
You might have to resort to using other means to include: the hex tool that holds the crank pylley with a breaker bar on it and a cheater bar on the breaker bar and then the countering pull to remove the bolt: using impact socket with long extension (all these are 1/2 inch drive minimum) and another breaker bar on the extension(I use a 3/4 breaker bar) and another cheater bar (long as possible) on the breaker bar.
Some will say to use a screwdriver etc on the teeth of the flywheel/torque converter(removed starter) but if the bolt has been on there since factory, its not going to cut it. IMO flame on its IMO also make sure the socket is also a 6 sided one and not twelve sided

Definatley gonna need the hex tool to hold the pulley still. I just did a belt yesterday and I had to use the hex tool then I had to put my back against the wall and my foot on the breaker bar. When I did a belt on my 90 civic that had never had pulley bolt out , we had a torch breaker bar and a huge cheater bar on it .
if you have an air impact wrench that is good you won't need the hex tool to get it off but to put it back on yes.
you can rent a hex tool from o'riellys its called the honda crank pulley holder
you pay the deposit and get it back when you return it.
what i had to do is drive it to a shop they turn the wheel and use their gun and got it off in a matter of seconds then tightened it just enough to drive back home to get at it with a drive
look just like this, it is on their list of tools to rent on their counter. they will know what your looking for.

they do that so you don't buy a tool that is only going to get one use and then return it and then they have a used tool on their hand.
some people are already in the process of doing their project and they don't want to wait for it to be mailed to them.
