Default Do canadian blocks differ from thier US counterparts?

Yeah yeah, its a cross post,
But im wondering whether a canadian block has thicker sleeves than its US counterparts, a la the domestic motors.

should be the same..

Even the JDM motor vs USDM motors are the same in sleeve strength and size just the compression are different.
