You will need to go to adobe.com and download acrobat reader. They are pdf files. They cant really be copied and pasted well because of the tables and the data in them. It wont make as much sense out of the tables.
Trending Topics
Example is 67mm cars can run in true street 2400lbs, if its a light car and you don't want to adthe weight you can run in super street "spfwd" at 2200, and now if you run 26s or A2W you can run in street fighter "outlaw fwd"at 2200.
We want to have our classes structure give as many people as possible the chance to race their cars as they sit having to change nothing.
Yes, Steve and I almost put a 67mm combo in Street Fighter at 2200 lbs with the A2W, but didnt know if anyone had that combo. That is an easy adjustment for us to make before we post final rules on 5/1/11.
Yes, the weight breaks for different size turbos and whether it's a billet wheel or not helps different cars fit in with their setups
Now that I have a really sharp guy like Steve Monti as MIR's Import Tech Director we can tech items like these and come up with a really fair set of rules for more combos. Some drivers have options as to which class they can enter with the same car now depending on what they want to weigh.

Again, these will be the same rules for Import Revolution and the World Cup Finals at MIR. So let's be sure to review them carefully.
Any reason for only allowing twin disc in sfwd? I was planning on running a triple because the twin won't hold our expectations and really cant afford a carbon carbon. I'm pretty sure quite a few people running sfwd & true street are actually using triple disc. I could be wrong though I don't want to speculate.

Turbochargers: Turbochargers are measured at the compressor housing where the leading edge of the inducer wheel meets the housing. The contour from the inducer to the exducer must be continuous without steps. The use of restrictor plates, stepped inlet housings or reducers in an effort to limit compressor size opening is not acceptable. Compressor housing cannot be modified from the leading edge of the inducer to the trailing edge of the exducer. All inducer surge ports must be perpendicular to the shaft and limited in location to the leading edge of the inducer.
This is our rules for the turbo, if anyone has any questions about this please let me know publicly or privately. We made the decision to start enforcing these standards which are common across the board with other racing organizations in order to keep the cost in check and to have a plainly worded enforceable rulebook. Without these rules written turbo mm's are really blurred with the creativity seen in both imports and domestics at our events.
A 72mm is a 72mm, 67's will be 67's so all the competitors are limited by the same rules, parts selection, and we can physically measure the true turbo's mm.
