Well i just meanered back from the regional autox and was wondering to myself how would a turbo'd vehicle fare on such a short course? Does your car become unstable when getting in boost around the corners etc. Just wondering how bad its going to suck/rock when I get my building back.

 

im planning on it once i get my clutch, and slicks for 4 wheels

 

I do it a few times in a year. Lots of fun and I am pretty fast on slicks

 

I used to do it in my Civic.. they put me in the same class as the Supra's and RX7s though (since my engine was turbocharged) but there were still several times when i came 1st or 2nd in my class. My tires didn't like the treatment too well, especially boosting in corners and out of corners. My clutch ran out very quickly too.. make sure you have these two things covered.. then u can't go wrong

oh one more thing... LOW BOOST! I found it impossible to do the course at 1 bar.. had to drop it down to about 0.5 bar before the car was drivable (was racing with street tires, no slicks)
