Upgrading to Si or Integra brakes.. what do I need?

What is everything I need to upgrade my EK's braking system to either an Si or Integra?

I'm not sure what components I will have to use to do it.

And can someone give me an approximate cost it will take to do this?

good info there. It's pretty much the same for an EK. There's a howto out there for an EK, can't find it right now though........
