I'm looking at the factory service manual, and it looks like he's bolted in the stiffeners to the underside of the engine but not to the transmission (the rear one's at a bit of an angle, isn't it? The holes seem misaligned).

Make sure you've got the right bolts in the right holes and see if you can align it well enough to bolt it to the transmission too.

The bolts are 36, 38, and 40 here:

bolt 40 is the one missing in the picture, I believe.

Good luck

thats a definete missalignment. id try to loosen the bolts and see if it helps to put it back, get an inspection plate back in there and you be ok. idk if not having them bolted in can tweak anything

Thanks for all your help guys. Im going to call Acura dealership monday see how much are the parts.

Now is this something I will be able to bolt on at home or I will have to go to a shop ?

If I have to go to a show how much should expect to pay for the labor?

I wouldn't expect any issues unless the thing was boosted a lot - anything close to stock should be fine. Labor wise - it would take you about 10 minutes with a 1/2" ratchet and whatever size socket fits those things - probably some combination of 12mm/14mm.. possibly 17mm.

I wouldn't pay Acura unless you don't have the tools. Even then, it's cheaper to buy them at Sears!

Good luck
