Purchased a 1989 civic already mpfi converted. I did a wire tuck and when complete it ran just as well. Recently depinned the distributor clip on the engine harness and after pinned back up it will not rev past a certain rpm. I know the 2 white wires are not crossed because it runs and cranks up fine. I've been over the injector wiring, injectors themselves, ecu and resistor box all of that is fine.

This is the only clip i depinned, also the car is throwing only a iacv CEL but has been since I purchased the vehicle. There are no other CEL's and the ecu has been restarted many times and still no clue as to what the heck is going on.
