Advice on my all motor build
I am currently running a poorman r setup in my car and was wondering how I should conduct my following mods to produce the most hp and tq, btw this is a daily driven car.The specs are as follow:
92 JDM b16a head bowled to type r spec
Supertech valves
Buddy club spec 3 cams
Buddy club valve springs and retainers
USDM B18C1 block
Mahle 11.0:1 CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
ACL Race bearings
Polished LS Crank
Edelbrock performer x intake manifold ported where the manifold meets the head
AEM fuel rail
2.5 in mandrel bent exhaust
What do you guys recommend would be a good combination in terms of intake, header, throttle body for this setup? Trying to get around 180hp and 130tq.

I am sorry, but with those questions - I fail to believe you have "researched allot." Beaten to death topic. Search intake, header, and TB. You will find your answer(s) x50.
Are these questions better?
For a cam that's suppose to help with midrange, would it be best to try and support it with a combination of short ram intake with 4-1 header or a cold air intake with 4-2-1 header?
Will an intake, throttle body and manifold combination of a consistent 65mm flow better than say one that went from 75mm to 68mm to 65mm, would this create like a "bottlenecking" effect?
