Default lsd in ls tranny

Would I be able to get this OBX helical limited slip differential or something similar and install it into my ls tranny which is what its meant for LS/RS/GS ( Do not Fit GS-R & Type-R) with out needing a new final drive, shims, counter shaft or any modding to the tranny? Will it just slip in?
Thanks for all the info

I do not know about the specific fit of that LSD, however you will need differential bearings and will have to properly shim the differential. You should be able to reuse your ring gear.
