Default No fuel when B16A install in CRX

I got a problem guys, I installed a B16A in my friends CRX. I cranked it today and it spins over, but it doesn't start like usual. It seems like its not getting any fuel. I double checked everything from wiring to fuel lines, and I still can't find anything that could be causing this. If any got an answer to this I would glady appreciate it.

Thanks
Sorry for messing up the early post!

Much better post than the last. Do you hear the fuel pump prime when the ignition is turned to the 2nd position right before start?

Does it have spark? Does it have fuel pressure?

Yeah it has spark and fuel pressure. It cranks and spins over, but it doesn't stay running, like there is no fuel.

That narrows it down. Are the spark plugs dripping wiht fuel, or are they dry?
