how do i change the radio system

Default how do i change the radio system

i have a 05 civic ex and was wondering if the radio a faceplate or do i have to unscrew stuff in the car to get it out? and if it is a faceplate how do i take it out? i want to install a kenwood or sony radio system in it

you have to pull out the cig lighter plastic and then unscrew a few bolts and then the whole climate control console pops off. Then you unscrew more bolts and the whole radio comes out. But remember to buy the installation kit and wires before you start.
