Can you problem solve this?
I have a 99 Accord, manual transmission. Over the past few months, about 4-5 times, while driving, the engine will be running smoothly and then lose power for a split second(RPMs will go down), but not turn off and then continue to run smoothly for a few more weeks until it happens again. Lately, when starting the car, it will seem to start (sound and RPMs) as I turn the key, but as soon as I turn the key back, it will die. After a few times of this, it will adventually start. I've tried changing spark plugs. Any thought about what it might be?
^ agreed...I swear I just saw this post somewhere...oh well, I guess short term memory problems can be a blessing....but wait, I did.
To the OP, that is about four or five answers, all saying the same......good luck.

There was a recall on the ignition switch on this Accord, back in maybe '02 or '03. Call the dealer with your VIN and ask if there are any open recalls on it.
If you end up doing it yourself, here is a good tutorial:

Start with testing/replacing the switch, I'll bet the momentary lose of power while cruising will go away.....if not we'll need a little more detail about what you mean by that and the situation by which it happens.
