Is it normal that a helical lsd be noisy??

 

Some brands are louder than others but it is normal to hear a little noise when cornering. If the noise is excessive, you may have a problem. I have seen several shall we say "less expensive" helical LSDs with broken washers and gears.

 

Ok! But in strait line?

 

It shouldn't be making noise going straight.
