Car sat over winter - engine revving - high coast rpm
Hello all,
So I did what you're not supposed to do, let a car sit, over winter even, and not start it. Now when I go to start the car, the engine revs while in park/neutral (low 700~rpm high 1400~) and while coasting, it reaches about 20mph (which sitting around 1300 rpm)
I've seen similar symptoms in threads, namely caused by air in the coolant line and needing to clean the idle air controls valve. Should I be looking at those, or is there something more likely due to having let the car sit, like a dummy?
Thanks ahead of time
P.s. It's a 1999 accord ex with the v6
