Default OEM Side Mirror Rubber Gasket

Does any one know how to just buy the rubber gasket/weatherstrip that goes on the base of the side mirrors surrounding and over the 3 bolts before it goes on the car?

They don't even show the gasket in the picture and I just need that, and not the whole mirror base. If no one knows what I'm talking about, I will take a picture of mine. I just took off my mirror to get it painted and noticed that my rubber is all brittle and half of it cracked off.

If it doesn't have a number you can't purchase it separately as far as I know.

A number on the actual piece itself?

Yes. How do you order it? It has to have a part number. Best to go to the dealer and ask.

I need both sides and power =(... I need passenger the most but I definitely need both eventually. For the manual I think it would be similar except the center hole might have to be enlarged to fit the power connector for the mirror.. But it would still be a hassle.

Yeah they are both verrry similar, just the manual one has a little rubber bit that sticks out and around the adjuster handle. If you clipped that they would be 95% the same as powered.

I would try your local junkyard or go to the dealer and see if they can help you there. They sell them for the rear tail lights.

Well for the tail lights, they sell them because they are on the diagram.

Unfortunately the people at the dealer don't know much more than I can find out from looking at these part diagrams.

Deschlong, how much do you want for the driver/passenger manual ones? And can you show me pictures to prove the good condition, hehe... you can PM me.
