Question on ST suspension
A sway bar is a swaybar. Someone has used one in a similar size or brand, trust me.
Lots of people have function form coilovers on many applications. Of the long list of cheap coilovers it seems to be the better one. Progress CS-II has a stronger background and surely better customer service, research and development, and racers on the customer service line. They've also been in business for over a decade at least.
Your question is rather vague. And I doubt this is what you're looking for.
The coilovers are inferior to Progress CS-II and obviously almost anything over that price point. You can't pick your rates, it's a fairly new company with not much following other than hard parkers and people who just want their car slammed. People who want cars that perform at the track get a suspension that allows them to select rates to fit their driving style.
Your swaybar question is pretty simple, any swaybar is better than no swaybar. Swaybars are generally just plain awesome and pretty hard to mess up. They don't vary too much from one to the other.

i appreciate the response and i forgot to ask what the ride quality is like with that setup plus i forgot to mention i had ordered a new bushing set aswell and will be installing everything at the same time(coilovers, bushing set , and sway bar setup) so just wanted to see if anyone else has the same setup and if they enjoy it or not?
