cant get past 4.5rpm in any gear and the only cel light i get from time to time is the code for vss and how do i hook up a auto meter oil pressure gage to a b16a

 

i had no idea that it was my cluster gauge the reason y i replaced it was cuz my vss was going out and i noticed that when i have my brights or blinker on and i hit 6000rmp that my car didnt cut out or hit wall. so i have no idea y my cluster gauge caused all that
