First of all check the power steering fluid, or may this problem is because of worn steering gear or loose suspension belt. check the noise in the steering pump, if getting whine and loud noise then may be belt is sleeping, check whether steering pump fluid is leaking or not.

Okay? You removed ur ps steering pump of the right of ur motor by the ac? If so just zip tie the wires back further. Also you should look into making ur power steering a closed loop. It still has fluid in the lines and makes steering a little bit easier. Did you remove it for a turbo? What are you gonna be running?

Loose suspension belt? Is that on the level of muffler bearing

i have already looped the system. the reason why im asking, is because a sensor broke off of my engine harness and the PSPS plug matches it. So i was wondering if i could cut off the PSPS and not have anything to worrie about?

If you never plan on using it again, just take it out completely.
