I'm looking at purchasing a 1995 Honda Civic EX from a private party. It's got roughly 109,000 miles on it. Looks great and drives great. Only problems are a very hard clutch (installed 2 months ago I'm told), windshield wipers need repair...they go on when you go over a bump. Also, rear tires will need replacing in a couple months.

In addition to the new clutch the owner claims a new tranny, radiator, battery & brake pads. Lightened flywheel. Carbon fiber hood. Apexi WS Exhaust. AEM intake. DC headers. MSD wires. Cross drilled rotors. Goodridge Brake lines. Red-clear tail lights. Tenzo R short shifter. AEM Pulleys. 5 Zigen front Lip Spoiler. 16 DTM P1 rims w/205/45ZR16 Khumo Ecsta tires. Axxis Brake Pads. Maxspeed Coilovers with Tokico shocks. Light tint. CARFAX shows clean title.

I'd like some thoughts on how to value this car. Seller's asking $6900. Edmunds values the car at $4850. Kelly Blue Book is $6100 for excellent cond...$5565 for good cond. Don't really know how to factor the mods into the pricing equation. Also, the owner would be giving me the stock tires, rims, hood, struts, etc. What would you pay? Any thoughts on a fair offer for me to make on this car would be greatly appreciated.
