So i need help replacing the whole sound system in my ex, its a 2002 civic ex, i live in denver colorado so if anyone has any reccomendations or knows how any help would be cool.I know how to install the speakers wire wise but not how to get the speakers them selves. plz help

 

So like, you need help on how to get the speakers and which speakers to get? brandwise?

What are you looking for in sound? Do you like clean highs?. Do you want deep bass?. Do you plan on installing subs?

Stay away from ebay brands. Theres alot of run off crap that sounds terrible such as boss or pyle. I'll make a list of good reliable brands.

As to where to get the speakers, theres thousands of places.

Crutchfield tends to overprice. stay away from there...

Sonic electronics is pretty good.

But we'll need more info to help you out.

As for getting the speakers its a matter of searching...You'll find the same set of speakers on 10 different sites. and prices will not be the same. But like I said, I'd need an idea of what your looking for in your sound such as sound preference.

Cool, Kenwoods are good. What kind of speakers you get? 6.5's and tweeters? or 6x9's... The 6x9's are a huge headache to install I'll tell you that much. But I think someone made a tutorial on how to do it in these forums.. The door panels and tweeters aren't too bad to install tho.

 

i got all except the tweeters and i think im gonna pay for them to get installed cause its all a pain in the ***. i wanna do it myself like i did in my truck but in the ex it became a pain. wat u drive?
