Icon2 No Pressure ?

I have a 1993 del Sol with a d15 in it.
Here's the story,
I put new front calipers and brakes on, the brake line running from the brake hoses to the back of the drum (wheel cylinders) on the rear seemed to be leaking, so that was changed.
I then bled the brakes in the correct sequence, and got to brake pressure. I then checked everything, re-bled multiple times and still nothing.
I've also noticed that if I pump my brakes, my rpm's spike and then drop below idle. I talked to a buddy of mine and he said it could be my master cylinder which was changed maybe 6 months ago, so I'm thinking that wouldn't be it. I'm not leaking fluid either.

Any ideas would be amazing, I'm stumped.
