For those of you who are mechanically inclined and would like a challenge, I found a great article on makink CF panels and the like. Check it out! It's not as hard as you may think.

i have done a bit of carbon fiber work for my car, its easy for flat work but the curves and angles suck it is hard to get them to look right... I love high school tech classes thats where I was taught this stuff..
lucky bastard i wish i had that in highschool.
i want to make the lower hard plastic part of my door panels *look* CF. they have some scratches in them i want to cover up, and they're fading.
Isn't there just a CF stickon sheet you can put over things like that?

I do auto detailing, the lower part of the crx that black panel crap that fades, I use a tire dressing, put some on a rag and it turns that panel back to the stock color, this works real good for mudflaps and that crappy panel stuff that turns grey after age, normally lasts awhile depends on area and weather, mine is good for over a wk
