Default fitting an accord type r engine into an ef

i have noticed a few accord type r's starting to turn up in breakers yards around here, and from what i've heard, a place that sells a ITR swap for about £4000 will sell a ATR swap for £2000, i think maybe because there is a high demand for ITR motors but i doubt there is any demand for ATR motors, as anyone who breaks one will be under warranty, and i dont think many people in the UK know these motors will fit in civics etc.

apparantly if i want the ECU etc i will need the transponder key, and this will not be sold separately from a full lock set.....(1) would i just be able to use a prelude ecu/wiring and chip it? i dont really know which OBD either of these are, i'm just thinkin how it was easier using a OBD1 p30 ecu on my OBD2 ITR motor.

my original plan was to turbo my eg6-b18c6, use it as a daily driver and also race it (daily, strip, track,+ street) and just leave the ef (1.6 16v twin cam non vtec) on my drive until the eg breaks and use the ef til its fixed. now that i've seen these cheap ATR motors(ive never seen ATR written, seems weird), i'm thinking instead of turbo-ing the eg i should fit an ATR motor (sorry, i dont know the engine code (2)anyone know it?) to the ef. the eg has itr susp, brakes, wheels, recaros, dash(not yet fitted) power roof, power steering, abs, stereo system...all heavy things which i would not like to lose in my daily driver.... but i wouldn't care if i took everything out of the ef, and its lighter to start with. then i could keep my heavy itr/eg hybrid for daily driving and track days, and use the stripped out ef for the strip, or on the street if i feel like a change.

i rekon the turbo set-up i would want, would set me back 5000+, i rekon to fit the ATR to the ef would total about 3000, i realy want a turbo,i know a EF with ATR wouldnt be as quick as an eg with b18, turbo + standalone but i could always turbo the 2.2ef in a year or two. (3) what do you all think i should do?

(4) does anyone have any good info on the differences between ATR motors, and the normal h22, (5)does the ATR have LSD? closer gearing?

(6) what exactly is needed to fit a 2.2 into an ef

thanks guys, sorry bout the long post

(7) anyone have any idea what time a stripped ef/ATR would run in the1/4 on street tyres?
