I have a 97 ek3 sedan ferio with 3 stage d15b that spun a bearing. I want to buy the complete 3 stage block or the crankshaft and connecting rods.

I'm located in the Islands but I have a shipping forwarder in Miami.

if i remember correctly the 3stage d15 uses the same size crank has the regular d15, only d15 that was different was the single stage vtec d15b with the 1.6 rod journals

My Mains Are 45mm
My Rods Are 45mm

 

got pics of the rods themselves or what is the stamping on them

 

just looked up some specs in one of the service manuals

you have the elusive crank

a regular d15 would be 45 on the mains and 42 on the rods

you could use a regular d15 crank, pistons, and rods. if you wanted to change all that out

 

The motor is still in the car i just pulled the bottom pan. The stamping on the rods caps are m3 .4 and on the side of the rod 07.

 

do you know what else will change? oil pump? C/R? Performance?

 

it depends on the length of the rod which should be 1.6 rod length and specs of the pistons that are in the motor right now. oil pump wont have to be changed, bearings should or at least checked.

depending on the length of the rods it can go one of two ways you could use vx rods with a stock regular d15 crank, or swap the pistons and rods out and potential gain a full point of compression
