Default Post your thin wall manifolds

Loving some of the recent thin wall work put up. Thinking there should be a thread just for thin wall, turbo or N/a, lets see it!

No schedule/piping allowed!!!

Absolutely beautiful work Dave! Great way to start the thread!

Would you like to share any specs for that setup? Is it paired differently on each side because of the firing order or fitment in the car? That X pipe is also stunning btw

I haven't had a chance to hear this particular subie run but yes I know for a fact that fully divided setups make these weird little buggers sound like real cars

here is a few that we have did, nothing fancy. i dont really take pictures of our work, but ill start snapping some shots before they leave the shop.

1st set is on a low 7 sec dragster, ss step headers with burns collector, coated by a local guy that does all our coatings

2nd set is a car that is in the shop right now. just some schoenfeld collectors, ms headers. customer didnt want anything special and wanted to keep cost as low as possible and wanted something that looked like spaghetti he said.

Keeping it alive!!!!

Custom budget tubular headers for a Ls3 swapped 1956 Chevy Nomad. Customer stressed budget and looks over performance.

Didn't know there's a thread like this

Just finished my first thin wall header, it's for 4G63 2liter.

304 17ga tubes, 304 custom made flanges.

Been welding for 4 months now (not every day). No remote amperage control!

Thanks
