did you have a shop work on the clutch? if so, they might have messed with the actuator arm on the wastegate. they might have tightened up the nut for the wastegate causing the boost to be released at higher levels. does everything else run good fine, except that you are boosting between 7-8 psi? any hesistations, fuel problems? if not, then look at the bolt on the wastegate. there was a previous post about adjusting the wastegate, you might want to do a search on it.

Also, you say "but it happened before i connected it" the levels jumped before you hooked up the vac lines, not sure what you mean?

i suggest checking the vaccuum lines for leaks. there's no reason a mechanic would touch the wastgate while doing the clutch.

coz it's an internal wasteage...
and VTC_CIVIC suggested us not to use the greddy stock vacuum connections, so i connected that vacuum to the FPR... but the boost went up already before i connect this new vacuum line

but i thought the greddy actuator arm is not adjustable... ?????

you said it would raise up the boost if the nut is tighten... which way should be tigtening???

tigtening = GOING IN to the picture??

Looseing = GONIG OUT from the picture?

let me konw..i will play with it tomorrow maybe i will get it...

thanks

Oh, i did the clutch install myself.. i didn't mess with it

lengthen the arm for lower boost.
