have a 89 ef sedan and droped in a z6 with a turbo.....the block has vitra pistons and new bearings the head is stock.. new alternator and starter new battery and dizzy....also a walbro fuel pump.....it has 450 inj with resistors inline and a new fpr... now when i try to crank it the starter engages but the engine doesnt start .......all the grounds are connected...tried it again and the same thing .......check for spark check for fuel and they all are working and the ecu is a p28 and it is workin before the engine was pulled .....any suggestions please....

Check firing order, mechanical and ignition timing, and compression.
