I did have two exposed wires on the stereo harness, which is what probably cause the stereo and clock not to work.

I checked the radio fuse under the dash and it was fine.

The cluster works. The climate control works.

Any ideas?

 

I just ran into this problem. its not under the dash. its the 7.5 amp fuse next the battery. it prolly blew because when i wired up my new deck it wouldn't turn on. Now my clock doesn't work. Im going to buy the fuse right now and going to try again.

 

Okay so the two exposed wires prolly touched metal and shorted out your fuse. Bud them off and change out the 7.5 fuse next to the battery and it all should work fine again.
