Back after 7 years! Need help with idle problem.
First off i used to have a 92 civic cx with a B18c in high school and i LIVED on Honda-Tech.com 24/7. I got out of the import scene completely and now about 7 years later i found myself with a civic again. I just bought a 94 civic ex with a jdm b16a off a friend of mine. I have forgot about 98% of all my honda knowledge and need your help!
Heres my problem...
The car was idling at about 2000rpms when i bought it and would sometime fluctuate between 1000 and 2000rps. I bought a new TPS sensor and that took care of the fluctuating idle. However the idle was still at least 1600rpms. Today i cleaned the IAC valve which was very dirty and that brought the idle down to around 1500rpms. Iv looked for vacuume leaks the best i know how and have not found any. Also the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body is turned all the way down. Any ideas on what to do next??
Thanks!
