Default To bore and hone b17a or Echange for b18c1

I am wondering which should/ would be more cost effective. Please vote only if you have experience in a decison simmilar to this!!!
1. Boring and honing my b17a block to 81.25 ...because it needs it. (already have ctr overbore pistons.
2. Spending the money for a b18c1 block w/ crank and rods. Trading overbores for standards..
and then Selling the crank and rods off my B17a to Get some mula back.

Keep the B17A as it is, rare today and is hard to find.

If you do swap out, be sure to sell that crank for a pretty penny... many people want them for their 84mmbore projects..

The cost would be dramatically higher to swap in a B18C1. That's the best choice if price is no object IMO. Is everything else on your 17 in good shape?

Sleeving is way too expensive for my budget.. I already have 81.25mm ctr pistons, I am going NA all the way!
If It would be cheaper to sell the b17a block crank, rods and buy a b18c1 bottomend.. I would love to do that then trade my pistons for standard bore!
I may sell the b17a bottom not sure yet though!

considering the rarity of the b17 you could sell it for the price of a b18c block. then you would have a much better block
