My 96 Integra will crank but will not start.
My car will crank but not turn over. I literally was driving and when I was shifting into second gear my car completely shut off. We tried push starting it (Manual BTW) and no Luck, I believe I'm getting no spark. I have a 96 Acura Integra.
I checked my fuses, replaced my spark plugs, my battery still has a strong charge.
Recent I just took out my new spark plugs to check just in case if they were wet, and they were.... :-\
Here is a short video on what it's currently doing and sounding like

Check the mechanical timing. Make sure you didn't break or jump a tooth on the belt. Also make sure the main relay is working. Do you hear the relay click when the key is in the on position and the cel shuts off? Do you also hear the fuel pump priming? Oh ya..... any cels?
You will need to confirm you have spark.
My ICM, [igniter] went out as I was driving.
If you have spark, check the valve timing, [as mentioned] you can skip a tooth when shifting down if the timing belt is loose, [timing belt tensioner or timing belt itself].
A simple test for for the PGM-FI Main Relay is to turn ign. switch to run, [not start] you should hear 2 "clicks", [may sound like one "click" as they are very close together] from the PGM-FI Main Relay, at the same time the CEL will turn on and you will hear the fuel pump priming for a few sec., then you will hear a 3rd "click" the fuel pump will stop priming and the CEL will go out.
Before you turn the ign. off, test for power at the fuel injectors, [wire that is the same color at all four injectors] and at the distributor assembly, [black/yellow lead]. 94
